I followed exactly it was written and everyone loved it. When you’re ready to eat it, thaw it overnight in the fridge and reheat on the stove or in the microwave. The easiest way is to simply simmer it for longer.

Another option is to add more starchy ingredients, like vegetables or beans. These will absorb some of the liquids and thicken the chili. Plus, you’ll have more hearty and delicious ingredients to enjoy. In a blender, combine sour cream, cilantro, and cumin to create a crema. Serve the chili topped with crema and any other toppings you like.

I added ketchup instead of tomato paste as I was out so it had a nice sweet /spicy tang. I would have to say this is a pretty good chili.It is also easy to make.

So, I really shouldn’t be reviewing it, but the other ingredients are perfect. This was a hit at my fall colours gathering. Very tasty & great spicy/sweet combo of flavours. I also used 1 pound of pork and 1 pound of ground beef. I will definitely make this again.

My advice is to start with about 4,OZ and add to it if not delete it altogether. Spring is the season of rebirth, and that itself is a cause for celebration. I will definitely be making this again. I’d Replace crushed tomatoes with diced. The tomato paste was “way to much”, it over powers the other spices.
